Our Strive.
The Collective Company is It Factor Dance Academy’s elite competitive team designed for passionate and driven dancers ages 6 (as of January 2026) through 19. This high-energy, goal-oriented group trains with purpose, participating in 3–4 competitions and 1–2 conventions each season. Dancers in The Collective also enjoy exciting performance opportunities, community fundraisers, and monthly outings to strengthen friendships and team unity. This program is built for students who aspire to pursue dance beyond high school—whether on the stage, in college programs, or in the studio as future educators. With a strong focus on artistry, technique, and discipline, The Collective challenges dancers to grow while celebrating the fun, passion, and dedication that make competitive dance so rewarding.
Audition Information & Parent Meetings
Auditions for The Collective Company will be held in person on July 11–12. If your dancer is unable to attend those dates, we also offer a virtual audition option available through September 1st. To help families learn more about the program, we will be hosting Parent Interest Meetings on June 28th at 6:00 PM and June 30th at 6:30 PM. No prior competitive experience is required—just a love for dance and a willingness to grow! The Collective competes in a variety of genres including jazz, contemporary, modern, hip hop, musical theater, acro, and ballet, offering dancers a well-rounded and exciting experience.
