Our Strive.
The Collective Company is It Factor Dance Academy’s elite competitive team designed for passionate and driven dancers ages 6 (as of January 2026) through 19. This high-energy, goal-oriented group trains with purpose, participating in 3–4 competitions and 1–2 conventions each season. Dancers in The Collective also enjoy exciting performance opportunities, community fundraisers, and monthly outings to strengthen friendships and team unity. This program is built for students who aspire to pursue dance beyond high school—whether on the stage, in college programs, or in the studio as future educators. With a strong focus on artistry, technique, and discipline, The Collective challenges dancers to grow while celebrating the fun, passion, and dedication that make competitive dance so rewarding.

No prior competitive experience is required—just a love for dance and a willingness to grow! The Collective competes in a variety of genres including jazz, contemporary, modern, hip hop, musical theater, Acro, and ballet, offering dancers a well-rounded and exciting experience.
